The spacious and bright apartment spans 145 square meters and can accommodate up to nine guests. It consists of two interconnected living units, each with its own entrance, allowing for the division of spaces to ensure maximum privacy for different family groups. The interiors open up to two halls that lead to four cool and airy bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans, a large 34 square meter living room with a relaxation area and dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities, including a stove, gas oven, and microwave.
The house includes two well-distributed full bathrooms located on the two sides known as SeaSide and ParkSide. The expansive balconies provide natural light throughout the day and offer views of the sea, the park, and the surrounding mountains. An outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture allow guests to fully enjoy the exterior spaces.
Guests have access to a parking spot and a motorcycle space in a private garage, with a recommendation for small to medium-sized vehicles. Upon request, a second parking space in a nearby private lot is available for an additional daily fee.
The residential park surrounding the house features shaded spots perfect for relaxing or reading, as well as ample space for children to play safely, thanks to the fenced area shared with residents. Casa Sa’Lena-ParkSide is a 60 m2 residential unit located in a quiet and peaceful residential park a short distance from the center of Sorrento nightlife. The house can accommodate up to 5 people who can be divided into two double bedrooms and a living room with a relaxation area with a double sofa bed. All three rooms are equipped with ceiling ventilation. The house is completed in the services by a full bathroom and a bar corner with mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and every other useful accessory for breakfast. Casa Sa’Lena-ParkSide receives light and natural air conditioning from the windows and the large balcony with garden and mountain view which can be accessed from every single room. The house has a parking space in the parking lot 200 meters from the house and a motorcycle space in the parking lot of the residence.
Casa Sa’Lena-SeaSide is an 80 m2 residential unit located in a quiet and peaceful residential park a short distance from the center of Sorrento nightlife. The house can accommodate up to 5 people in a double bedroom with ceiling ventilation and a large 34 m2 living room divided into a relaxation area with sofa bed, armchairs, TV corner and dining area. The house is completed in the services by a full bathroom and a large kitchen equipped with a hob, gas oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and every useful accessory. Casa Sa’Lena receives light and natural air conditioning from the windows and the large balcony with sea and mountain views which can be accessed from the living room.
