The spacious and bright apartment spans 145 square meters and can accommodate up to nine guests. It consists of two interconnected living units, each with its own entrance, allowing for the division of spaces to ensure maximum privacy for different family groups. The interiors open up to two halls that lead to four cool and airy bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans, a large 34 square meter living room with a relaxation area and dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities, including a stove, gas oven, and microwave. The house includes two well-distributed full bathrooms located on the two sides known as SeaSide and ParkSide. The expansive balconies provide natural light throughout the day and offer views of the sea, the park, and the surrounding mountains. An outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture allow guests to fully enjoy the exterior spaces. Guests have access to a parking spot and a motorcycle space in a private garage, with a recommendation for small to medium-sized vehicles. Upon request, a second parking space in a nearby private lot is available for an additional daily fee. The residential park surrounding the house features shaded spots perfect for relaxing or reading, as well as ample space for children to play safely, thanks to the fenced area shared with residents. Casa Sa’Lena is exclusively reserved for guests and serves as the ideal starting point to experience the magic of Sorrento while enjoying the comfort of feeling at home.
